Pacific Transfer Review

I was contacted by Pacific Transfer to sell them my time share. I met with them in a large hotel conferance room with several other people. They promised that they would transfer the title out of my name into theirs as soon as I pay the $2500. I paid the money and they sent me some info to sign, have noterized, and mail back within two weeks. I did what was needed and made sure it was back before the two week deadline. I didn’t hear back from them for a long time. When I called they told me that the info was returned after the two week time frame and now my contract was being held up for awhile. I called back several times and got the same story. A couple times they offered me to contact and pay their lawyer to solve the problem. I declined. They told me they would work on it and get back to me. I still didn’t hear back from them. | Several months have gone by and I tried to reach them again to get an update on my case and when they are going to fulfill their end of the contract. Now the phone number goes directly to a message that states “No messages can be taken” then disconnects. I am out $2500 and still have to pay me time share maintenance fees. | I am hoping for a lawyer to pick up this case, and for several other people in the same situation to join together to file a class action suit and get our money back. | Thank you very much,
