Complaint: Absolutely horrendous service by this company – they should be investigated by the local tourism office and their licenses yanked. Showed up an LHR only to find the driver was late. Driver finally arrives, and find out the vehicle is wrong -did not send the First Class vehicle as expected and overchrged us for a minivan. Vehicle was dirrrrty – cupholders full of trash – gross. Driver was a racist pig talking negatively about blacks and foreigners the whole trip. Driver did not sweep the vehicle upon dropoff therefore we did not realize a cellphone was left on the seat. When we called him direct five minutes later to have him return it, he showed promptly but said the company was not charging us another $57 – yeah, right. Called management to report everything and they were grossly rude, even threatening to call the police if we disputed the charge – go ahead, not only do I work in foreign security and can hold my own with the police but this is a civil matter not criminal. This company is ridiculously overpriced, rude, unprofessional and prey on tourists. We canceled our return trip and never called them for all of our local transport needs – so they lost about $750 USD in business from us that week. We disputed this charge with Mastercard and have already won the credit. We have reported them to the UK Tourist Bureau and have put up reviews across sites loctaed in the first 5 pages of Parker Car Service google results. Be warned, and stay away from this company when traveling to London – your hotel should be able to provide you with an excellent transport partner upon arrival!
