Parking BOXX Review

In 2016 i decided to purchase $50,000 worth of equipment from parking boxx and automate a parking garage i owned in kansas city missouri. Parking boxx is a manufacturer and had a very compettive rate. The company performed the insall well enough however my own contractor had made some mistakes on the civil work ( cement ) and didnt properly install power lines until the day of installation. Long story short the “system” was plaqued by problems and cusomters were having a terrble time getting tickets and paying their bill. “card swipe failure” 35 to 45 times per days was terrible. the gates would open when then were not supposed to and close when they were supposed to open. we had a cc over charge of $257,000 and the printer was spitting out multple tickets or non at all. natually all my parkers came at 6 am which is when i would start getting calls from irate customers. At first this company was very responsvie and actually sent tech from their offiice in canada to fix the issues. i was having to rush to the property in all weather and trouble shoot issue with them on the phone ( when i could get them) we swapped out the printer, cc reader, loop detector modules etc, every week it was more and more problems and in the end i decided it was just terrible equipment and wanted a full refund or an entire new system as i felt i was sold an absolute lemon. in the end they decided i voided my warranty because “i walked my dog” while the install was taking place.. swaer to god this was thier email to me and that 50 to 100 “card swipe failures” was acceptable to them and that it was my customers who didnt know how to swipe a credit card. | i must have been called 100 times in the middle of the night through the intercom from poeple stuck in my garage because the credit card could not be read. a few times the customers got out and broke the gates causing extensive damage to the units which parking boxx refused to replace unless we paid hourly for thier time to “consult” this was all during a 120 period after install. | i think its best to say “you get what you pay for” parking boxx was the bottom basement on price and i guess i know why. | $50,000 went into the trash! the system is still down and they dont really givce a crap because i voided my warranty because i had to walk my dog during the insall and was not on site.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Parking BOXX Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
