PAYMENT ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL, INC. Review

Payment Alliance was contacted about my credit card problems. They assured me that they could resolve the issue I was having with my wireless credit card machine. After I signed up with them I was sent a new wireless terminal that would not work. It was returned the same day and the account was cancelled. After calling multiple times i was assured that the equipment was received and the account was cancelled. Several days later i received a bill for $163.13, 25% restocking fee. | I again made several phone calls and was told that it is their policy and nothing would be done to resolve the issue. Not wanting to mess up my credit I paid the bill today. If you are going to choose a company to handle your credit card sales GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
