I made a purchase on July 5th. My order wasn’t shipped until July 12th providing no tracking info. Today is July 23rd and I’ve emailed 3 times asking to be provided with tracking info and sent a direct message on Instagram and left a comment under a post on Instagram w/ no response at all not even an acknowledgement from anyone. At this point only a few days shy of being a month this is the worst customer service Ive expreienced and I feel robbed as I still havent gotten a refund, a response or my merchandise.
