This company advertised a product I could not find in the shops. | I ordered in May, a delivery came some weeks later. TOTALLY the wrong product and 3 sizes too small. | The company blame their logistics partner. | Following many emails and promises that they wanted to do something – apart from ship me the right goods. Eventually their best offer was that I pay them 70% of the price again and this time – honeslty, we promise, we are nice people, we will sned you the right product (and I could keep the uselss ones). | I threatened legal action and to publicise them as widely as possible.
