I placed my order on 2/20/2017, and recieved a notification right away about processing payment and regular updates on the status of my dress. On 3/9/2017 my order was delivered. To my surprise the dress was red, but NOT the red that was pictured. It was 2 different colors and I filed for a return and refund on 3/10/2017. | Immediately the respond asking for photos. After sending a photo of both the dress and the photo of the dress I saw online (screenshot from their site) I recieve a note saying that they do not offer refunds for color difference due to screen display. After pleading my case they dared to offer me 10% of the cost of the dress, $135.36. | After a few more email exhanges, me stating the same crappy customer services and audacity to off such a low refund, and 30 emails later their final offer of 15% was given. I requested that a manager contact me via phone call immediately so that they can have an adult conversation about what type of scam they are running. I am uphaled that they are still in business.
