Signed up for their pay for the shipping only trial back in August 2015. They never shipped the product so on October 8t, 2015 I called to be advised that I do not have an account and no billing should be on my account. Assuming they had removed the billing I did not look at my statement. They did not send me a credit for the one month but they started billing me monthly and now I am at 700 odd dollars and have no product. I was told on the 8th that I should receive no product and if I receive any to just keep it.
