Complaint: I purchased the furniture September 2011 at Rac Acceptance.. The store i originally purchased from closed down a month after purchase…. downhill from there when a new stire makes contact…… my furniture was stolen along with 58 other families, from a Public Storage Unit…Rac employees and district manager have concocted several bogus excuses why my furnishing are not covered.. Ex —- saying the insurance i purchased does not cover loss and it’s only a waiver for replacement of furnishings.. Be very careful purchasing from this company,, the staff is rude, uncourteous and unfair,,,,in addition the pricing is absolutely outrageous…….unfortunately I have been forced to hire a attorneyDouglas Gilliam
