These two products: dabu face cream and renew eye serum are using unscrupulous sales techniques to suck you into an expensive subscription. They offer a ‘free trial’ or what i found on a facebook ad a ‘free sample’) which is not free. The "terms and conditions" are cleverly hidden and it is certainly not free if you have to be put into a subscription with a small window (14 days) to try product and decide if worth having, let alone if worth subscribing. These type of slick come on plans should be illegal as they are deceptive and disingenuous. It took me over 3 hours on the phone most of the time on hold, once disconnected, and then with a supervisor) to get a partial refund and the ability to send back the "most recent" package for another partial refund and then stop the subscription. I covered my bases with a complaint to the bbb and a stop of any future charge on my credit card. That said, this has left me thinking to never to any ‘free sample’ or ‘free trial’ as it seems most companies that offer this are sucking you into a plan you will probably not want. It seems our country promotes scams on innocent consumers and cares not to protect us. Buyer beware!
