I am beyond disappointed! I had planned my kids entire birthday around this particular entertainment and booked well in advance with deposit. Got a call 5 days prior to birthday saying that Robert can’t make it at our agreed upon time now because he’s booked until 2pm. | Robert couldn’t have figured this out sooner???? The person named Sweet that made the call didn’t even bother to apologize. She had a very whatever attitude towards the situation. They also didn’t refund me. I become scammed by Robert Berry. Extremely unprofessional!
