Complaint: Robert Guadagnino is a fraud!! Watch for him. He will tell you lies that usually involve him owning a business. Having a lot of money. He told me his mother had died…she is indeed alive and well. I’m still in touch with her to this day, and my interaction with him goes back to 1999. He stole my checks, I was arrested numerous times for him stealing and bouncing my checks. I was only 19 years old, and was terrified of him. He threatened to hurt me and my family if I didn’t take the hear for him. I have seen so many stories where women have fallen victim to his lies. He ended up trying to steal my inheritance from when my mother passed away. My father thankfully got a call from the bank manager and said my account was black flagged and somebody was trying to access my account. My father pulled my account (I was only 19 and EXTREMLY naive) and put the money in a different bank. He was arrested several times for child support and I paid the support owed from my inheritance to get him out. He promised to pay me back. But the money was always “tied up””. The final straw for me before filing for divorce was when he was arrested for grand larceny. He was a car salesman and somehow had my step mother sign paperwork for a jeep. He had just recently sold her a used one
