Safeguard Properties CC Fannie Mae UNITED STATES Internet

Complaint: Any buyers beware that Fannie Mae and Safeguard properties turns a blind eye in regards to hazardous materials left on site at REO properties. Do the math most forclosed homes are left with numerous cans of paint old tires old batteries used motor oil or anything else hazardous thats hard to dispose of. Often the former owners are not leaving on the best of terms. These hazards are just left behind almost 100% of the time. So was does Safeguard properties and Fannie Mae do?, The right thing and come up with a responsible environmental process to make sure the vendors in charge of cleaning these places handle these hazards properly and not damage the envirnoment no! They in fact removed pricing allowables the vendors are allowed to charge to dispose of these hazards properly. What in turn does the vendor do left with no way to get rid of these hazards? The answer anything they can, bury it on site, hide it in garbage cans, illegally dump it in dumpsters, and so on and so on. the notion that Safeguard properties cares about the “housing crisis”” as they call it is B.S!
