I have 24 years of experience in real estate and lending, I have never experienced an Escrow officer with such a greedy attitude as Nancy Hawkins Of Santa Clarita Escrow. She wants to charge a full cancelation fee for a service she did not provided. She even went to the extend of hiring a lawyer to defend herself for the complains I placed with the Department of corporations. She will NOT release my funds in escrow until I pay for the cancellation feel. The county of Riverside did not approved the installation of a manufactured home. I still need to pay money just to have my monies been reimburse to me. The mobile Home factory and Santa Clarita escrow has been a nightmare for me. Roberto G.
