French bulldog puppy scam

My Complaint: Appears to be selling French bulldog puppies, will not answer the phone but will text. She will state that she has recently been involved in a car accident where her eldest daughter passed away. She needs face surgery, so she is selling these puppies cheap. She sent me an email, in which the photos she sent were also sent to me by another person selling French bulldogs in a different state. The phone number is an area code from Massachusetts her online posting stated they were in Houston, TX and her email states she is in Virginia. She states she can sell/ship these dogs to you for $500.00. You will need to pay ahead of time to a shipper ( doesn’t list if its air/land ). Once you provide your name/address/ age she will ask for you to make payment. This is scam, if you look up this phone number this person/group is selling numerous animals ( dogs, birds, etc. ). This person’s name has also been reported in scambook.
