I have never been so mistreated by a company. My air broke on a Sunday on which day I called to get my ac fixed. Although it is over 100 degrees outside they told me they couldnt come until Tuesday. I had an estimate between 10-2 Tuesday which i patiently waited in my hot house with my 7 mounth old child for this gentleman to come. Finally at 1:45pm i called them to see what was going on. They said they were running late and would get there when they could. They finally came at 3:30pm were here for a few min. Looked at the air conditioning unit and told me that it was frozen. Because of this he was unable to diagnose the problem and would have to come back the next day. I asked him when he thought that would be and he assured me that i would receive a call in the morning the next day. The next morning came and there was no call. I called them at 9:30am to see what was going on. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t give me an estimate of when they would come. After getting off the phone with them a women, Amy (the owner) called me back telling me it was my fault my air was not fixed because the unit was not turned off and it was common sense for me to do so. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end rather than apologize for being late and calling repeatedly they refused to even fix the problem as they didnt want to deal with an upset customer. I never leave reviews but I feel people deserve to know the truth about this company so they dont have similar situations.
