I am writing this to let everybody know to stay away from TOPAEO TECHNOLOGY. i paid a girl her name is liang,lin, 320,00 dollars for 2 electric scooters. well after i paid she stopped answering my emails. what is weird is i checked on the company and there is a real company with that name, i have emailed the company but no answer either. so stay away from theses low life thiefs. they are in. china, guangdong. shenzhen. so be careful of these scumbags.
