I was introduced to John Dillon around July 14th 2016 by a friend of mine named Mr. C. John Dillon and Mr. C were allegedly forming a partnership in which they would sell automobiles. John Dillon owned shop located at 2945 N. Stone ave. Tucson Az. 85705. He would supply the lot and Mr. C the expertise. The reason this was an alleged partnership is because john Dillon never had any intention to open a car lot with Mr. C. John Dillon was recruiting victims. Preying on individuals who needed a helping hand ( a man with money to fund a car lot or hire a guy recently released from prison with no tools or drivers license ). Or in the case of Maas who filed rip off report #1262160 10/19/2015 updated 04/18/2016. John Dillon ran a Craigslist advclaiming he would trade vehicles and equipment for labor to remodel an au t omotive shop on the corner of stone and blackledge. | That is 2945 N. Stone ave. Tucson, Az. 85705. In a nut shell Mr. Maas was to re wire the electric at the shop (oh and coming from a man who has been in the construction business 25 years and remodeling for 15 of the 25 Mr. Maas did one of the cleanist electrical installations I have ever seen good job Mr. Maas). In exchange for a truck which I heard john Dillon make reference to on at least two occasions. So when Mr. C needed a lot and cash backup John Dillon was the answer to prayer. When 11$perhr needed work without tools or transportation again John Dillon was glad to offer his help. However he was only helping himself to a custom built shop which cost a whole lot of money for the materials. | Galvanized corrugated steel walls and ceiling. Not to mention the 3 part epoxy floors with the diamond plate base. Just think how much john Dillon was saving on labor. I worked for six weeks 267.5 hours at 11$ per hr I received two payments of 500.00. Only one came from john Dillon the second was made by Mr. C who informed me that john Dillon asked him to get more into the project. I also had a car towed by john Dillon and he bought me knee pads when working on the floors. All totaled up their is a balance of $1,877.50 due. When I told John Dillon I would do no more work till I got a third payment he said,” why don’t you get your friend to pay you you work for him”. Funny I saved every text message from 07/16/2016 forward john communicated daily times to start what materials to buy etc. | Not to mention john Dillon owned the shop not peter. Why would peter spend months and months of labor to deck out a shop that would only be dirty with oil and grease the first month of business. I have seen peter in action if he had any ssy in the matter one week and the shop would have been open for business. John Dillon anyone operating in a crooked, lie filled enterprise would say nice try. I think what you are doing is the most despicable low life cowardly act that one human could inflict on another. You should be ashamed of yourself and if you are not the pit awaits you. The evil one will be proud of you. If you have a shred of decency in your being do the right thing before you are embarrassed further in court. Mr. Maas is looking for a ” mad wolf mean attorney” I say the three of us and whoever else you have scammed show up in court you r thru. Mr. C already filled and if I don’t receive my pay promptly Mr. Maas and I will have to get to know each other.
