I ordered and paid $43.95 for 4 garden torches and received 4 bulbs. | The ad said they would send it out in 3-5 busniess days, but it arrived a month later. I started a email conversation, where in the beginning they acted like they were going to resolve it, but, they finally said that I had only ordered the bulbs (at which time it was too late to return them – it had to be returned in 14 days). | And, if I wanted the “advanced version” with all the acessories, it would be $20.00!
