They managed my condo in Roseville MI. | Not only they got me the worst avilable tenant they estimated a furance repair of $200 at $2300.00 wich ended up to be untrue! | Only thing missing was a fuse and some refregenrat. | They sent their “tech” and gave me a propersoal to repair in the sum of $2300. I told them that I want a second opion, I sent my own tech and the only thing missing was a fuse, they fixed it for $200!! | They relased me from my management contract right away. | What a bunch of scammers.
