Complaint: I wish that I had seen this sight before July 2015 when I paid Mr. Stapp to install a water purification system for my pool. I paid the money, but to date no services have been rendered. I have seen here on the sight a rebutal by Mr. Stapp and he states to “just call him.”” Well all of the numbers that he has are not in service or are off the hook. I contacted the manufacturer of the product that was going to be installed for my pool
