My first complaint would be about how long the company took to deliver my items. It was supposed to take up to three weeks; however, it took a month. It was stored in their warehouse for three weeks after they continued to state they couldn’t find a driver. When my items finally arrived, one of my dressers was damaged. It was minor damage. The back cover was bent and falling off. It felt wobbly. I had to nail it back on myself. Secondly, one of my boxes was missing. It was the most valuable one containing electronics. After contacting their employee she said she will deal with it and call me back. I always had to call back because they never called me back. Everytime was another excuse. When they finally said they were going to give me a new one, the boss said he had no idea what was going on. This was the second time that the boss had no idea. He didnt know anything about the missing box at first. Luickly I got in contact with him. However he was no help and never called me back about it. The company is full of excuses. They wont even send me an email back to get a claim request form. It has been over a month and I have gotten no where except excuses.
