I opened an account on 04/07/2016 online and deposited $5000. I never used the account or made a single transaction. Today it shows $0 balance. | On 04/07/2016 I opened an account (Acct #21076746)with TradeStation online. I completed opening my account by sending $5000 from my bank to TradeStation. On 04/12/2106 I received a generic email from Peter Albino (312) 803-3860 stating my account has been approved. | On 08/02/2019 I called TradeStation to close my account. The representative told me that I have a $0 balance. I told her that I deposited $5000 and have never made a single transaction. The rep says its from the fees and services. | I told the rep that there were no services and that I have not made a single transaction. she said that she can see what im talking about on her screen and will ask her supervisor. the rep comes back and says that her supervisor could not do anything and that it would have to be escalated to a manager. | This is very puzzling as I have never even logged onto my account or received any kind of statement in the mail showing fees or services or even any correspondence showing any changes other than opening the account.
