We hired this company to transport our 5th wheel camper. We were assured we would be able to back our camper onto a trailer and it would be moved to the new location. When the truck/trailer showed up it was an RGN as promised. Unfortunately a 38′ camper will not fit onto a standard RGN! After hashing the problem out I get an email telling me they are dispatching another truck and using forklifts to load my camper onto the trailer. After more questioning I find out "I" was supposed to pay for forklifts to load and unload plus pay higher permitting fees at a significant increase in MY cost! At that point we stopped them from proceeding with our transport and hired another company to move our trailer. True Price Transport has refused to refund our deposit because they "dispatched" a truck. If they had sent the correct equipment we wouldn’t have had any issues!
