Complaint: Ordered Heartgard, paid my money, and then nothing. A month later, I asked them where my order was, and they apologized and said they would re-ship. Another month later, and still nothing. I’ve been ordering items online for many years, but this is the first outright SCAM that I’ve encountered. If you have some money lying around and you don’t know what to do with it, just order some stuff from Vidals Pets. It will make them happy. Just don’t expect anything in return.
