Complaint: I placed an order in early March of 2013 for a lace front wig that cost $165 for my sisters wedding that was in late April, the money was taken out of my account. I recieved an email that the product was out of stock. So I called and spoke to a rep. and I ordered an alternative(same wig just different color). Then I recieved an email a few days later stating that my order was confirmed and will be shipped. Two weeks later no product. So I called on 3 seperate occasions and each time I was sent to a voicemail. I also sent message via my account on the website but no response. When I callled again I finally got a rep on the phone and again I was told that my product will be shipped. I tried tracking the package and all I get from UPS is that a shipping label was created but product never sent. I sent an email requesting a full refund of my money but no respons and still no product. It’s now October of 2013 and no respons and no product. I have contact the BBB twice and I am now seeking to sue in small claims court.
