Complaint: Around 11/5 or 11/6 I filed a complaint regarding Myranda Frazer. She is a local CPS worker that spends a lot ot time at local bars, especially “The Office”” at the time her fiance co-owned it . She was over heard discussing a case and made comment regarding a dad. The man was in hospital after wrecking his car with his kids in it

Address: he was drunk and reported he drinks a 12 pk a day. She investigated and decided he couldnt be a bad dad because the kids had brand name clothes. I thought maybe the reason she didnt think his drinking was a problem was because she is seen out drinking a lot and thinks this is ok. I did not know her fiance co-owned the office. I had seen her picture with him on his facebook profile and just thought they were dating. She is known around group from The Office and P2 (another bar) for frequently being there and being drunk. I reported my concern to CPS. I dont think it is a good idea for someone who likes to party so much to be deciding if it is ok for a dad to drive drunk with his kids. I made the report anonymously because Wichita Falls is a small town and we have mutual friends. I have reason to believe that she was told that I made report. I have been blocked from some of mutual fb friends

I do not think she should get special priviliges because she works for them. This office has had very serious charges brought against them in the past
